We are honored to invite you to our Bone Joint 2023 Congress, which we will organize in Antalya between 3-6 May 2023.
In our congress, where all the main topics of Orthopedics and Traumatology will be discussed with our many experienced national and international colleagues, our young colleagues will also have the opportunity to express themselves by contributing.
During our congress, our Association of Bone and Joint Surgery will also hold an ordinary general assembly meeting.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Congress Dates and Venue:
The Congress will be held on 03 – 06 May 2022 at Nirvana Cosmopolitan and Convention Center.
Congress Language:
The official language of the congress is Turkish
Registration & Help Desk:
Registration and Help Desk will be open during the congress dates between 08.00 – 20.00.
Invitation Letter:
Official invitation letter can be sent on demand to help to have an acceptance from their institution or company. This letter does not ensure any financial support.
Name Badges:
All participants must have and wear their name badges during the congress to enter scientific sessions, exhibition areas, poster areas and other social networking activities to provide security and order.
Certificate of Participation:
Certificate of participation will be distributed on the last day of the congress.
Abstract Submission:
Abstracts should be submitted through Abstract Agent (www.kemikeklem.com), Online Abstract Module. The accepted abstracts will be printed exactly as submitted so please do check carefully before submitting.
Posters:
As a result of the evaluation, the clinical trials accepted as posters will be uploaded to the system in the form of e-posters and demonstrated by the participants during the Congress.
Exhibition Area:
The pharmaceutical companies and medical equipment companies will be able to exhibit their products at the exhibition area located in the congress venue. The exhibition will be open during whole congress.
Presentation Deliver & Speaker Ready Room:
Please bring your presentations in a flash drive at the latest 2 hours before your lecture. You can give your presentations to the Speaker Ready Room. You can find all technical instruments in the scientific halls. Please let us know before a day if you would like to present your lecture with your own computer/laptop.
