Dear Colleagues,
As Turkish Bone and Joint Society, we held the Bone & Joint 2023 Congress on the 100th anniversary of our Republic with a rich scientific program and your intense participation. Again, within the scope of the 100th anniversary of our Republic, we had the opportunity to meet with our colleagues and share scientific knowledge through regional meetings we organized in 7 different cities. In the 2nd century of our Republic, we held the fourth Turkish World Orthopedics and Traumatology Congress, which was the founding purpose of our association, in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, as the congress with the broadest participation held abroad by the Turkish Orthopedics and Traumatology community.
As the Turkish Bone and Joint Society, we are happy and excited to announce that we will hold our first congress in the second century of our Republic under the name of Bone & Joint 2025 Congress in Antalya between April 30 - May 4, 2025. The congress will last for four days and will host a total of 42 sessions in three different halls each day. Oral presentation sessions will be held in a separate hall. In addition to scientific sessions, we have prepared a rich scientific program for you, consisting of courses, video presentations, discussion sessions and panels for our assistant and young specialist physicians..
On the other hand, the Arthroscopy Research Association (ARTHRES), Orthopedic Trauma and Osteosynthesis Association (OTO), the Society of Preventive Hip Surgery (SOPHS) and the Turkish Society of Anesthesiology and Reanimation (TSOAR) will make valuable contributions to our congress with their sessions. In addition, the Presidents of EKA (European Knee Associates), EORS (European Orthopedic Research Society), the former president of the Spanish Knee Surgery Association and valuable scientists from the Turkish world will take part as speakers and session chairs in our congress with international participation. Additionally, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sinan Meydan will give a conference on “The Health Revolution of the Republic”.
We believe that our congress will provide our valuable colleagues with a valuable opportunity for scientific knowledge exchange and professional development. See you in Antalya at our Bone & Joint 2025 congress…

Abstract Submission
Abstracts will only be accepted via the online submission system.
Academic titles should not be used in author names.
The first letter of the name should be written in capital letters, and the last name should be written in all capital letters.
E.g.: Ahmet TEMEL
Name and address of the institution in which the author is employed, should be stated.
E.g.: Xxxx University Medical Faculty, Department Of Xxxx, İzmir, Turkey
All abstract headings should be written in capital letters.
E.g.: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXX XXXX XXXX
The abbreviation should be given in parentheses on the first use next to the open name.
In the abstract, the purpose of the study and the methods used should be briefly stated, the findings should be summarized with sufficient numerical detail, and the conclusion should be explained within the framework of the findings presented.
The summary should be written using the headings purpose, method, findings and conclusion.
The abstract should not exceed 400 words excluding the abstract title and name & surname of the author.
An abstract that does not match with anyone of the rules mentioned above, will be disabled.

After the registration procedure, the explanations at the page will guide you. Please read the messages and explanations carefully.
Since the abstracts will be printed as they are sent, attention should be paid to spelling errors.
Please keep the confirmation mail sent to your e- mail address right after the abstract submission.
You can track the evaluation process of your abstract over the system by using your e - mail and password.
Abstracts that have not been finalized even though they are logged into the system will not be accepted.
The evaluation will be made over the internet by the Abstract Evaluation Committee, keeping the names/surnames and institutions of the researchers confidential. In order for the accepted paper to be included in the congress program, at least one of the authors must register for the congress. The evaluation result will be sent to the authors as a final letter.
General Information
The congress will be held between April 30th - May 04th, 2025 at Royal Seginus Hotel Antalya.
The official language of the congress is Turkish.
Registration and Help Desk will be open during the congress dates between 08.00 – 20.00.
Official invitation letter can be sent on demand to help to have an acceptance from their institution or company. This letter does not ensure any financial support.
All participants must have and wear their name badges during the congress to enter scientific sessions, exhibition areas, poster areas and other social networking activities to provide security and order.
Certificate of participation will be distributed on the last day of the congress.
Abstracts should be submitted through Abstract Agent (www.kemikeklem.com), Online Abstract Module. The accepted abstracts will be printed exactly as submitted so please do check carefully before submitting.
The pharmaceutical companies and medical equipment companies will be able to exhibit their products at the exhibition area located in the congress venue. The exhibition will be open during whole congress.
Please bring your presentations in a flash drive at the latest 2 hours before your lecture. You can give your presentations to the Speaker Ready Room. You can find all technical instruments in the scientific halls. Please let us know before a day if you would like to present your lecture with your own computer/laptop.

External Participation Information
All accommodation arrangements for the congress must be made through Ege Kongre. If accommodation is not made through Ege Kongre or if a reservation is made at the congress hotel or a different hotel through different sources, a daily external participation fee of 3.150 TL + 20% VAT will be requested in addition to the registration fee from those who will attend the congress.
